Somewhat wilder and characterised by the spontaneous fermentation on the nose, beautiful slate spice next to stone fruit. Full-bodied and dense on the palate with an engaging spiciness on a mineral background. Supporting acidity, good density, the sweetness is very well integrated and is countered by the extract. Lingers on the palate for quite a while.
