Spicy components join yellow fruity aromas, savoury, probably spontaneous fermentation, peach, floral notes. Relaxed and juicy on the palate with a relatively restrained acidity and vivid sweetness, which is picked up by herbal spiciness and minerality. Fine tartness on the finish.
