The white wine Bernkastel Doctor Riesling Auslese, vintage 2004 from the winery Weingut Wwe. Dr. H. Thanisch – Erben Thanisch has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Raisin, a hint of Fuder, coriander seed, date, but then also Griotte cherry, nutty, delicate and almost dry in appearance, only a hint of viscosity, subtle, very intense tactile minerality, with great firmness, yet very gentle and delicate. On the finish there is a surprisingly fresh fruitiness.
