Balsam, almond and wooden barrel notes on the nose, with a slightly floral and subtly yeasty touch too. With air contact also herbal-spicy Keuper tones emerge. The palate begins smoothly, then develops a mild, fine mousse, a firm acidity and a harmoniously rounding sweetness.
