It has a golden rosé colour in the glass. On the nose there are aromas of meadow herbs such as nettle and dandelion, and garden herbs (thyme), as well as juicy red apple, redcurrant, and juicy pear. It is lean and fruity on the palate, with a freshness and an appetizing acidity.
