Tasting Notes
Light golden yellow. White peach fruit on the nose is underpinned by a hint of lime and touches of nutmeg and lychee - a fascinating, intense bouquet. On the palate there's a juicy, creamy sweetness that's countered by a perfect acid structure and creates an overall impression of being light on its feet and mineral. Ripe vineyard peach appears again on the finish which lingers very long and dances on the tongue. A great dessert all its own.
