The white wine Chardonnay Ried Heulage, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Ziniel has been rated in 2021 by Peter Moser with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Lake Neusiedl in Austria.
It is delicately cloudy, with a medium golden yellow colour, and silver reflections. There is a fine yellow tropical fruit aroma, with a hint of biscuit, a nice herbal savouriness, and mandarin zest. On the palate it is taut, with juicy nuances of mango and apple, a fine acidity structure, a touch of minerality, gentle blossom honey, and a hint of peach on the aftertaste. It offers light-footed drinking pleasure.
