Bright yellow gold colour. Intense sweet stone fruit notes, apricot confit, yellow peach, delicate dried fruit, needs some air. Elegant and juicy, delicate hints of caramel and coconut, fine acidity, lingers long, persistent honey note, fruity backbone, mineral and salty finish, good ageing potential.
