Tasting Notes
Medium amber with gold reflections. A multifaceted bouquet of marshmallow, gooseberry and cassis, along with hints of red berries and candied tangerine zest. Taut and elegant on the palate with a mineral-salty texture, and great drive. The finish is built around tropical fruit and touches of orange on the back palate - a very energetic style.
