This has fine dark Pinot fruit, with aromas of black cherry, blackberry, nuances of warm spice, clove, some cinnamon, herbs, beautifully integrated toasty nuances, and also floral notes. It is rather full-bodied and rich on the palate, soft and harmonious, again with dark sweetish fruit, ripe juicy acidity, and slightly noticeable fine tannins. It lingers for a long time.
