Bright golden yellow, and a fine mousse. Delicate blossom honey, some pear and ripe apricot, toasty aromas, a touch of spice, and orange zest notes. Juicy, taut, elegant, delicate sweet extract of white stone fruit, a lively acid structure, and mineral on the finish. It has good ageing potential.
