Tasting Notes
Light salmon pink with silver reflections and very fine mousse. Floral background of red fruits of the forest confit, preserved cherry, mineral touches, a hint of lime and redcurrants. Juicy palate of white apple with firm texture, well-integrated acidity and a salty finish. An animating style with red berry touches. Great aperitif.
