Tasting Notes

91+
Tasting from 15.08.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Pale salmon orange in colour. Aromas of quince, strawberry confit and rose hip. The palate is very supple, supported by a fruity sweetness and flows round and full on the palate. The wine's good body is concentrated on the finish. A late harvest type that is also a good accompaniment to food.
