Pale yellow-green, silver reflections. Fine yellow tropical fruit, nuances of honeydew melon and mango, delicate hints of mandarin zest, with an underlying mineral touch. Medium body, fresh apple fruit, fine acid structure, lingers well, a multi-faceted food companion.
