The red wine »Réserve« Ingelfingen Hoher Berg Merlot trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weinmanufaktur Ingelfinger Fass has been rated in 2022 by Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Merlot from the region Württemberg in Germany.
A subtle woody component meets cherry fruit and chocolate aromas. On the palate, the wine has a distinctive oiliness, a lot of (alcohol-induced) sweetness and a silky, finely woven, but also very dense tannin. The high alcohol dries somewhat on the finish.
