The red wine Spätburgunder *** trocken im Barrique gereift, vintage 2015 from the winery Weinmanufaktur Stuttgart has been rated in 2018 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Very closed on the nose, and also quite restrained in the use of oak, after prolonged aeration notes of sweet and sour cherry. Silky palate, fine nervous accompaniment, medium density, grainy slightly sticky tannins in an initial mellow state, subtle minerality. It has ageing potential.
