Tasting Notes
An unobtrusive finely nuanced bouquet, sour cherry, small red berry, some oak (but not too much), floral and savoury undertones. Still sinewy on the palate, youthfully tense, firm tannins and a touch of roundness from the barrique, and it has a vivid tactile mineral accompaniment. It resonates for a very long time, and is homogeneous and aromatic.
More about the tastingA clear and finely nuanced bouquet: small red berries, some wood (but not too much), floral and herbal-spicy undertones. Lots of tension on the palate, youthful and built on certain ageing potential, with just the right amount of fresh tannin, complex fruit on the finish.
