Medium golden yellow, silver reflections, very fine mousse. White tropical fruit, some guava and ripe gooseberry, mineral, a hint of lime oil. Juicy, white apple fruit, racy acidity, mineral-lemon nuances on the finish, appears very youthful and stimulating, delicate fruit sweetness in the aftertaste, good further ageing potential.
