Intense golden yellow, silver reflections, very fine mousse. Aromas of candied orange zest, ripe peach and a hint of mandarin confit. Juicy on the palate, subtle hints of caramel, fine acidity and a touch of white nougat on the finish. A mature, individualistic style.
