Brilliant, medium lemon yellow in colour. Green pear, Reineclaude plum, fresh garden herbs and some lime on the nose. It's slightly austere on the palate with a concise mousse and a delicate interplay of acidity and sweetness. Medium length throughout, with a finely tart aftertaste of grapefruit.
