The white wine Offweiss Gemischter Satz Weinberg Dolomiten IGT, vintage 2021 from the winery Widum Baumann has been rated in 2023 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 89 Falstaff points.
Bright straw yellow, luminous. Cinchona bark, apple, plus a subtle nutmeg tone and a touch of banana and white chocolate on the nose, bitter mountain herbs in the background. Very rich on the palate, with white peach and melon, oily texture, somewhat settled and phenolic aftertaste.
