Tasting from 26.04.2022: Peter Moser & Anne Krebiehl MW

Smoke, bramble and charred, minty red cherry combine into a complex, layered nose. The palate has that same smoky, charry overtone but lets the fresh, bright red fruit underneath shine. There is concentration, there is pervasive energy, there is a web of crunchy tannin. This is Russian River alright, but in an elegant rendition. Lovely and bold.
