This crémant has a strong effervescence in the glass. The bouquet is subtly floral, yellow-fruity and yeasty. Aromas of pear, Golden Delicious apple, melon, elderflower, fresh yeast and white almonds unfold. On the palate, its tangy mousse, moderately fresh acidity and subtle dosage are stimulating and appetising.
