Tasting from 21.03.2025: Romana Echensperger

This crémant has a light rosé colour and a fine foam. The bouquet is delicate, floral and subtly fruity. Tart notes of wild strawberries, physalis and cranberry meet hibiscus, white almonds and a hint of toast. A fine creamy mousse, fresh acidity and a balanced dosage give it perfect balance. A fruity, unpretentious but all the more animating rosé.
