Medium carmine garnet, broad rim brightening, ripe on the nose, hints of roasted plums, somewhat broad on the palate, but shows a pleasant sweetness, delicate spicy aftertaste, lingers quite well. Already appears quite mature. Due to the vintage, this round definitely goes to California.
