Tasting Notes
Dark ruby garnet, with a deep coloured core, and a delicate ochre rim. Inviting dark wild berry fruit, hints of prune, ripe fig, and subtle herbal savouriness. Juicy, with a pronounced fruit texture, ripe black cherry, round tannins. It is persistent, with minerality on the finish, and a nice nougat note in the background. It is a well-developed and substantial food wine.
