A bright yellow gold, with a silver sheen. A mature bouquet, subtle notes of dried fruit, blossom honey, a touch of oxidation. Powerful, silky and elegant, a refined extract and sweetness, mineral and balanced, a full-bodied food companion, perhaps already a touch over the mark.
