The aroma is typically chalky, savoury with ripe fruit, hints of mirabelle plum and vineyard peach. The minerality of the site is also vivid on the palate, the fruit-acidity interplay gives the wine direction and tension, the comparatively rich Kabinett style is accompanied by very good ageing potential.
