On the nose, notes of black fruit, dark cherries and blackberries, underlaid with a subtle wood savouriness and nuances of tobacco. Powerful and juicy with the blackberries and cherries again, well-integrated tannins, good freshness, red berries and a touch of lemon on the mineral finish. Will benefit from bottle ageing.
