Tasting Notes

89+
Tasting from 27.10.2020: Ulrich Sautter

Yeasty and savoury aroma, also some almond and hazelnut. No striking fruit. Tight and dense on the palate, mealy but also powerful phenolics, lively acidity, fresh and tense, more concentrated in the substance than in the aromas, still compact and very closed on the finish.
