Tasting Notes

90+
Tasting from 23.03.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Naturally cloudy. A hint of cider on the nose, but also notes of beeswax, honey, apple sauce and pastry. On the palate, a fresh, carbonated attack is followed by a sweet, voluminous body, the lively acidity plays with a few grams of residual sugar, a hint of phenolics provides structure. Rather accessible and juicy overall.
