Tasting from 17.03.2020: Ulrich Sautter

This has aromas of nutty and smoky new oak, plus elderberry, blackberry, as well as small red berry notes. On the palate it is soft and full-bodied, with plenty of buttery soft tannins, a well-integrated acidity, and some (alcoholic) power in the background. But it also has good fruit that fills out the broad frame.
