Deep yellow in colour with greenish reflections. Beautiful spice on the nose, along with candied fruit and rose. It's smooth on the palate with a hint of carbonic spritz. There's quite impressive volume for a Kabinett, but with classic firm acidity and subtle sweetness on the finish.
