Fragrant, spicy with scents of hay, spring meadows, aniseed pastry and some yeast. On the palate quite powerful, full-bodied, ripe and a delicate texture, lively acidity, a big bruiser, but definitely in balance. Ideal accompaniment to high-quality cuisine.
