Tasting Notes
Yeasty and floral aromas with a touch of nutmeg and Riesling, a really fine varietal type on the nose. On the palate, the wine has layers of phenolics and terpene extract, a lively but well-integrated acidity and just enough residual sweetness to emphasise the savouriness. Finally, some fermentation carbon dioxide and the tactile minerality from the freshwater molasse compete with each other. A fine, spicy Müller!
