Tasting Notes
The nose shows fresh and ripe cherry fruit, chocolatey notes, blueberry and a hint of yeast. On the palate, a ripe tannin appears in rather carefully extracted quantities, the alcohol remains imperceptible (despite 14%), ripe acidity is seamlessly integrated, the sweet fruit and a layer of viscosity reinforce the impression of charm. The finish is long and characterised by rich cherry fruit.
