Tasting Notes

Tasting from 10.10.2022: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter

Dark ruby, purple reflections, delicate brightening at the rim. Fresh black forest berries, a hint of cassis, red heart cherry, delicate hints of violet, nougat and chestnut rice. Juicy, delicate notes of red cherry and currant, fine tannins, elegant and freshly structured, well adhering salty minerality, lemon nuances underline the liveliness, good length, sure maturity and certain ageing potential, pleasant oak savouriness in the aftertaste.
