Tasting from 19.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Dark purple with a persistent foam crown. In the nose OF ripe heart cherries and plums, reminds of the forest berryish mousse, a breath liquorice in the OFtaste, inviting. At the palate great mousse with airy course, juicy, clear fruit core, DELICATE tannin, very coherent.
