Brilliant straw yellow with silver reflections. Fine and persistent mousse. Delicate floral notes of wisteria and acacia, accompanied by flavours of white-fleshed fruit. Dry, fresh and savoury on the palate. Elegant and creamy structure. Long and harmonious finish.
