On the nose, a spicy aroma of Keuper rock and meadow herbs, with apple, pear, fine caraway and a little white pepper. On the palate the wine appears quite lean but is powerful and straightforward, with a supple mid-palate and some residual sweetness that complements the spicy Keuper minerality.
