Rich, shiny ruby. Opens with slightly earthy notes of porcini mushrooms and dried tomatoes, sour cherries, chocolate. The palate is dense and compact, opening with many layers of soft and dense tannin, dark berryish fruit, finishing with fine dark chocolate.
