Clear, light straw yellow with a green shimmer. Appealing nose with distinctly fresh notes, aromas of lime and bergamot, plus some jasmine blossom. Present and fresh on the palate, lots of juicy acidity gives the wine tension and playfulness, lime, lemon balm and green apple, juicy and long.
