The sparkling wine Prosecco DOC from the winery Zonin has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Glera from the region Veneto in Italy.
Straw yellow with silver reflections, persistent mousse. Fresh and fruity on the nose, lemon and green apple as well as fresh herbs, slightly reminiscent of lemon balm. Precise and straightforward on the palate, vibrant acidity, salty, animating finish.
