The red wine Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore DOC, vintage 2021 from the winery Zonin has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Corvina, Rondinella , Molinara from the region Veneto in Italy.
Medium ruby red with dark reflections and a slightly brightening rim. Spicy on the nose, then ripe cherries and plums, with a hint of sage in the background. Lots of fruit on the palate, yet fresh and juicy, ending with herbs on the medium finish.
