Crisp, fruity and lively sake, obtained from fermentation in the bottle. With a pleasant sweetness and subtle acidity, it arrives in the glass with a fine effervescence, where it unfolds its fruity and light flavour with notes of lychee, peach and pineapple. It is a bit reminiscent of the white storm.
