The restaurant in the Appony family castle, led by chef Stanislav Domček, combines a historical setting with a modern gastronomic approach and an emphasis on seasonality. The interior with Prussian vaults and works of art creates an elegant atmosphere, complemented by a seasonal à la carte menu that changes four times a year. The wine list by sommelier Samuel Barantál is composed exclusively of regional wines, which underlines the local character of the entire cuisine.
