The launch has been delayed, but it's coming: Berlin's famous TV tower is set to host Sphere by Tim Raue from June 2025. Management plans to announce the exact opening date in mid-May, and will also start taking reservations. The new project marks the end of several years of transition and refurbishment for the landmark on Alexanderplatz. Well known for his television appearances, the celebrity chef plans to create modern Berlin-Brandenburg cuisine in the revolving restaurant, which offers a view from 207 meters above ground. Featuring his signature elements of acidity, sweetness, spiciness, Raue's menu includes dishes such as vegan goulash with planted steak, solyanka, Berliner schnitzel and Königsberger Klopse, complemented by breakfast classics such as homemade granola and sandwiches. Banana splits and other classic desserts are also on offer, with most ingredients from the region.
Sky High Indulgence

As before, the restaurant will make a full revolution twice an hour and offers a panoramic view over Berlin. With over 1.2 million visitors a year, the TV tower is one of the most popular sights in the city. The new restaurant is not only aimed at tourists, but is also intended to appeal to locals.
