A global survey conducted by the British media company Time Out has identified the world’s best cities for nightlife in 2025, assessing both the quality and affordability of bars, clubs, and nighttime entertainment. Based on responses from thousands of residents across hundreds of metropolitan areas, evaluations from local experts were also included to provide additional insight. To ensure a broad international perspective, only the highest-rated city from each country was included in the top ten. The ranking reveals that the global club scene is evolving, with new formats such as listening bars, queer events, and hybrid spaces gaining popularity. Las Vegas never sleeps—and that’s exactly what makes it a true Mecca for nightcrawlers. An impressive 88 percent of locals rate the city’s vibrant, nonstop energy as outstanding. While iconic EDM festivals like the Electric Daisy Carnival draw massive crowds, the scene is diversifying: the Arts District is now buzzing with an ever-growing mix of craft cocktail bars, laid-back tiki lounges, and hidden speakeasies. Whether it’s dancing the night away at Omnia or XS Nightclub, or sipping a signature drink in a tucked-away bar, there’s something for everyone. Vegas thrives on a unique blend of spectacular shows, high-energy parties, and an effortlessly cool atmosphere. There’s just something magical about this city.
Madrid earned high praise from both Time Out's expert panel and local residents, with 83% of respondents describing the city’s nightlife as “good” or “fantastic.” The scene is constantly evolving, with new venues like Devil’s Cut, the first European venture by renowned Japanese bartender Shingo Gokan, offering stark, minimalist cocktails in a buzzing, energetic setting.
