A refreshing twist on the Venetian classic, combining Another Hendrick’s Gin, lemon and cucumber sorbet, and sparkling Prosecco.

Ingredients (1 servings)
1 ball Calamansi Sorbet
3 cl Another Hendrick's Gin
2 cl Elderflower Cordial
1 portion Spumante

Preparation

Combine the calamansi sorbet, Another Hendrick's Gin and elderflower cordial until smooth. Serve well chilled and top with Spumante.

Keep both the gin and the serving glass as cold as possible before preparing the cocktail for maximum freshness.
