Ötscher Bitter
Inspiriert von den Heilkräutern die rund um den Ötscher und seiner Region wachsen, begann die Fam. Teufl aus Scheibbs im Jahr 2010 mit Kräutern und Gewürzen zu experimentieren. Das Resultat war ein Kräuterlikör von besonderer Güte und Geschmack. Das Rezept zur Herstellung des Ötscher Bitter wird streng geheim gehalten. In seiner Zusammensetzung ist die Spirituose ein sehr wohlschmeckender und gut bekömmlicher Likör aus ausgewählten Kräutern und Gewürzen.

Eine feine Lebkuchengewürzmischung steigt lieblich in die Nase und hinterlässt einen animierenden Duft.
Am Gaumen zunächst süßlich, besticht der Ötscher Bitter mit einem Hauch von Gewürznelken und Ingwer, sowie mit seiner natürlichen Bitternote im Abgang. Süffiges Finish.

Dark cocoa powder, rooty bitterness and dry notes are equally vivid on the nose. Sweet on the palate, the mid-palate is characterised by nutty chocolate. Dried meadow herbs on the finish.
